Dr. Theo Kapanadze, D.Sc., Ph.D. Chief Scientific Officer, Executive
VP Science Dr. Kapanadze is a co-founder of Diteba Research
Laboratories Inc. He has more than 30 years experience as an
academic researcher, university professor and leading research
scientist at major Canadian pharmaceutical and CRO companies.
Dr. Kapanadze possesses superior knowledge and experience in
analysis, identification of organic/inorganic compounds and drugs.
He has worked extensively in areas such as pharmaceutical research
and development for solid and semisolid topical formulations,
bioavailability/bioequivalence, and drug interaction studies. He has
led projects that provided analytical support for formulation
development, stability studies, toxicology and clinical programs.

His latest research concern new aspects of in vitro drug release
rate studies for quality control, and development of more effective
topical and transdermal delivery systems. His previous scientific
studies concerned isolation, purification and structural
determination of biologically important systems: organic,
organometallic or transition metal ion complexes. He has published
more than forty papers and reports in leading industry magazines
throughout his career. Dr. Kapanadze has a Doctor of Science and
Ph.D. in chemistry from Kurnakov Institute of General and Inorganic
Chemistry, Moscow, Russia.

Dmitry Baranov is a co-founder of Diteba Research Laboratories Inc.
He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Orion PSV Investments
Inc., a firm with diversified investment portfolios in Canadian and
US securities. Mr. Baranov has an MA in Finance and Economics degree
from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, Russia.

Marc Routhier

Marc Routhier has over 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
with expertise in CRO and Clinical Research areas.
His knowledge, experience and skills have led him
to key positions from sales to project management to business development and
finally to executive responsibilities. He has played major roles in the
development and growth of smaller boutique clinical research organizations
where he was able to leverage both his industry knowledge and his
international experience. His exposure to the global markets has given him a
unique perspective of incorporating the highest quality of service standards
while meeting clients expectations.

Dan Williams is Director of Business Development for Diteba Laboratories.
Prior to joining Diteba, Dan held several management positions in
Business Development, Sales Management , Sales and Marketing. Dan's
experience in the scientific industry spans over 25 years.
Most recent positions included Global Director of Sales for a
Canadian research microscope manufacturer and National Sales
and Marketing manager for a large multi-national manufacturer
of scientific analytical instrumentation.

Dr. Steve Li, M.D., M.Sci. (Pharm)
Manager of Laboratory Operations

Dr. Steve Li worked in a leading CRO as a senior research chemist
before joining Diteba Research Laboratories Inc. He has outstanding
expertise in operating complex laboratory instrumentation and
excellent skills in the training of junior research personnel. He
has worked extensively in pharmaceutical method development,
validation, transfer, stability support and cleaning validation.
During his 20 years of research experience in the field of
biomedical, clinical pharmacology and biotechnology, he has
published over 35 papers and has received various awards.

Dr. Li obtained his M.D. and M.Sc. (Pharm) degrees in West China University
of Medical Science, China, and completed his postdoctoral training
at University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, USA, and
University of Toronto, Canada.

Sharon Wang,B. Pharm., M.Sc., C. Chemist
Manager of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs

Sharon Wang is responsible for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at
Diteba Research Laboratories. She is a Chartered Chemist in Ontario and
member of the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA). Over the last decade
Sharon held quality assurance, compliance and regulatory affairs positions in
analytical and bioanalytical R&D laboratories in leading Canadian CRO and
pharmaceutical companies. She also conducted academic research in areas such as natural
medicinal chemicals purification, identification, quantitative and qualitative
evaluation.

Sharon has in-depth knowledge of the FDA, Health Canada and ICH regulations
and guidelines that govern drug development process. She provides leadership and
expertise in documentation and quality assurance in GMP and GLP environment. Sharon
obtained her M.Sc. and B.Pharm. degrees from Shanghai Medical University, China.
Sharon's expertise in areas of pharmaceutical analytical
development and quality assurance provides our sponsors with
confidence that their projects conform to industries best practices.

Brian Atakhodjaev is a co-founder of Diteba Research Laboratories
Inc. Prior to Diteba he held management and analyst positions in
financial analysis and planning with a major multinational retailer
and worked as a consultant for the World Bank. Mr. Atakhodjaev is a
Chartered Financial Analyst
TM.
He has an MA in International Finance
and Economics from Brandeis University, USA, and a B.Sc. in Applied
Mathematics and Mechanics from Novosibirsk State University, Russia.
